Are you feeling uncertain and anxious during this pandemic? You are not alone. These are difficult times and it is understandable to experience increasing levels of stress and anxiety, especially if you are in self-isolation. Taking good care of your mental and physical health is particularly important now, more than ever. So, how do you take care of your well-being? Here are a few tips: - During social distancing, stay in touch with your loved ones - Establish and follow a proper routine and schedule - Regularly exercise - Take measures to reduce stress - Get six to eight hours of sleep - Follow a healthy diet, loaded with fresh vegetables and fruits - Research health and wellness resources - Get professional help if needed
